If you do not have architectural plans, you should also allow 2-3 months at the beginning of the process for soil studies, architectural and engineering design, and township issuance of permits.

    You don’t have to start from scratch at all. Usually you’ll be able to find a plan from our extensive selection that we can easily customize for you since all our plans are on computer. Starting with the framework of an existing plan can save you thousands of dollars.
